Are NRD pieces handmade?
Yes. NRD jewelry and crochet pieces are handcrafted in Puerto Rico in small batches. Because many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and pattern are natural and make each piece unique.

What materials do you use?
Materials vary by collection and may include polymer clay, glass, pearls, natural and semiprecious stones, resin, stainless steel, silver, wood, cord, and other carefully selected components. Materials are listed in each product description.

Are your bracelets adjustable?
Many NRD bracelets feature an adjustable sliding-cord closure designed to make them easy to put on and remove without assistance. Check the individual product description for sizing and closure details.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Handmade pieces may have small differences in pattern, color placement, texture, or natural stones and pearls. The overall design and character will remain consistent with the piece shown.

How should I care for my NRD jewelry?
Please visit our Jewelry Care page for detailed instructions. In general, keep your jewelry away from prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, and household chemicals.

Why does the adjustable closure have different finishing beads?
Because each NRD bracelet is handmade, the adjustable cord ends may be finished with either one or two beads on each side. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece and do not affect the bracelet’s design, quality, or adjustable function.

Do you accept custom orders?
Custom requests may be considered depending on the design, materials, and current availability. Please contact NRD to discuss your idea.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $65 within Puerto Rico and the United States. Orders of $65 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before applicable taxes.

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for NRD store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings, custom or personalized pieces, made-to-order items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact NRD before sending a return.
