NRD Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional processing time. Any additional processing time will be noted on the individual product page.

Shipping Rates

NRD offers a $5.00 flat-rate standard shipping fee for orders under $65 within Puerto Rico and the United States.

Orders of $65 or more receive FREE standard shipping after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Orders are primarily shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside NRD’s control.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, please contact NRD as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to NRD because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping cost required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact NRD and we will assist you with reviewing the tracking information and available carrier options.
