Refund policy

NRD Return & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your NRD jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and final-sale items are also not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will receive NRD store credit for the eligible merchandise amount. NRD does not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact NRD as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
